At Hoodiefactory, we aim to deliver a seamless and reliable experience for every customer. All hoodies are custom-made, meaning each order is produced individually and shipped directly to you.

Order Processing

• Design creation: 1-2 business days
• Production & printing: 3-6 business days. All items are made-to-order to ensure the best print quality and craftmanship

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within:

• Europe: 5-10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7-14 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Any local taxes or import duties are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will recive a tracking link via email. Tracking may take 24-48  hours to update.

Incorrect Address

If the wrong address was entered and the order hasn´t entered production, contact us immediately. We cannot change the address once production has started.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will assist you with a solution.
