How do i order my custom hoodie?

Choose your hoodie style, upload a clear photo of your pet (or any other subject), select your size/color, and complete checkout. Our design team will transform your image into a high-quality illustration and prepare it for printing.

What type of photo should i upload?

For best result, upload a bright, sharp photo taken in natural light. Make sure the face is fully visible, not cropped ,and not blurry. Avoid heavy filters. If the photo is not suitable, our team will contact you before we begin.

Can i upload a photo of something other than a pet?

Absolutely. We can create custom illustrations of any subject, pets, people, objects, or creative ideas ( superhero pets, flying pets, teacher pets, etc.) as long as the photo quality is good.

Can i choose front, back or both sides?

Yes. You can choose to print your design on the front, the back ,or both sides for an additional fee. Select your preferred option on the product page before checkout.

Can i request changes after placing an order?

If your design has not entered production, you can request adjustments (colors, small tweak, pose changes, etc.) Once the hoodie is printed, no changes can be made, so please double-check your order details.

What if i don´t like the final result?

We always provide a preview to ensure you´re fully satisfied before printing. If the illustration dosen´t match the photo you submitted, we will revise it for free of charge. Since each hoodie is custom-made, we do not accept returns based on personal preferences like color or design style after production.

How long does production take?

Design: 1-2 business days. Production & printing: 3-6 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times depends on your location and are calculated on checkout.

How do i wash my custom hoodie?

Wash inside-out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or air-dry for best longevity. Do not iron directly on the print.
